The 8th Congress of the Balkan Association of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery (BAPRAS) and the IPRAS Aesthetic Academy for Trainees, will be held in Budva, Montenegro, 5-7 September, 2013.

Montenegrin Society is at this moment the youngest one in IPRAS and because of that very proud to have an honour to be your host, but the City of Budva is very old city and one of the most beautiful at the Adriatic coast.
